Starting Your Trip

You must be within about 10 feet (3 meters) of the vehicle to unlock it. Your phone connects primarily through Bluetooth (but may also connect through the mobile network).

Depending on if you booked your vehicle for immediate use or in advance, you'll see one of the following screens:

Place your finger on the white circle with the arrow (>) and drag it to the right.

Locking and Unlocking During Your Trip

When you get to your destination press the "Stopover" button to display the "Lock" and "Unlock" buttons. Use these just like you would a key fob to lock and unlock the vehicle during your trip.

To return to the main trip screen just press the "X" in the top left corner.

Ending Your Trip

When you've returned to where you picked up the vehicle, select the "End Booking" button. This will then allow you to end your trip and lock the vehicle. This is also what ends your rental period.

Make sure to follow any other requirements, such as plugging the vehicle back in to the charger. Please rate the trip and provide any additional feedback too.

The Vehicle Won't Unlock or Lock

Your phone sends the vehicle the command to lock or unlock, and on occasion there may be a delay in connecting. If this happens, completely close out of the app, re-open the app, and select your booking (this re-connects to the vehicle). Then select the lock or unlock button again.
