Carshare Charging

Unplugging the Car

When you arrive at the car it should be plugged in to the charger. You can remove the charger cable by pressing the button on the top of the cable plug (where it is attached to the car) and pulling firmly away from the car.

Once removed from the car, place the plug back into the round opening on the right side of the charger. It should click into place.

That's it.

Activating the Charger

Once you return to the parking space for the carshare vehicle, turn off the car (by pressing the Power button until the dashboard turns off). Exit the car and open the charge port door between the driver's door and the front wheel.

Go to to the charger, take the cable and plug it into the car. You should hear it click into place. Sometimes you may need to slightly lift on the cable to hear the click.

A green light on the top of the dashboard (that you can see through the windshield from the outside) and a chirp sound will indicate the car is charging. It will also briefly say this on the dashboard (even thought the car is off).

Please make sure you leave the car free of trash or other items and collect your belongings, then select "End Booking" in the app to complete your trip.

Identifying the Correct Chargers

In some locations there are public chargers next to or close to the chargers dedicated to the carshare program. You must use the designated carshare chargers (or be subject to a fine).
